ENCs Track Record
Since 1975, ENS serves the nuclear community with conferences and since 1986 with trade fairs.
The first European Nuclear Conference - ENC-1 - was organized in Paris back in 1975. Starting with ENC '86 in Geneva, the Congress was twinned with a global trade fair. This first Expo built on the tradition of the Atoms for Peace Conferences + Exhibitions begun in Geneva in 1956 and the renowned Nuclex exhibitions in Basel.

ENC ’86 was followed by ENC '90 and ENC '94 in Lyon and ENC ’98 in Nice, each of which attracted some 400+ exhibitors and more than 5000 visitors from all over the world.

The ENC Exhibition is firmly established as the only major nuclear science and industry exhibition of truly global dimension. It is doubly unique because it is coupled with the largest Nuclear Congress.

ENC2002 will be me meeting point of the global nuclear community at the entry of the new millennium.
