13.
Final Provisions
If, for any reason beyond the control of the organizers, it
proves impossible to hold the exhibition, the exhibitors
registration will automatically become null and void. The
balance of funds, after payment of all expenditure incurred,
will be divided among the exhibitors in proportion to the
sums they have deposited. In such a case they may bring no
action on any grounds against the organizers of the exhibition.
The organizers have the right to take decisions on any development
not provided for in these Regulations and make any necessary
amendments or additions to the same with immediate effect.
In signing the Application to Exhibit, exhibitors declare
their acceptance of these Regulations and authorize the organizer
in their name and on their behalf to arrange the exhibition
according to the above conditions and rules. They assume full
individual responsibility for the payment of the total expenses
incurred by themselves, by the organizers or by third parties
in connection with the installation of their stand.
Exhibitors undertake to submit all cases of controversy to
the organizers prior to commencing legal proceedings.
The parties expressly agree to elect legal domicile in Berne,
Switzerland, and accept the jurisdiction of its courts in
any dispute that cannot be settled out of court; Swiss law
applies.
