> Avoid moderate or vigorous physical activity within 12 hours of the assessment.

We may stop the test at any time because of signs of fatigue or changes in your heart rate, electrocardiogram (EKG), or blood pressure. It is important for you to realize that you may stop when you wish because of feelings of fatigue or any other discomfort.

> The evaluation may be fatiguing Š so you may wish to have someone accompany you to the assessment to drive home afterwards.

What to bring:

> Your OHIP card.

> Any medication you may need to take at the time of your appointment (see above for medications).
