RRI INDIVIDUAL HEALTH SERVICES:

Personal Health Evaluation

$250.00 (*) / $400.00 per person

(N.B. Non-refundable deposit of $50.00 required at time of registration)

1-Day Program

$225.00 per person (30 person maximum)

$400.00 per couple (family member, partner, friend, colleague).

(*) Ð For persons with valid OHIP insurance Ð certain items are covered in this initial assessment.

Persons with insurance from out of province or out of country will be charged the full fee of $400.00 and can then submit their bill for reimbursement to their insuring agency.

GST:

As an introductory offer, GST is included in all prices (7%), but will be added effective April 1st 1999.

Please contact us to discuss your needs. Some expenses may be partially covered by OHIP if there are legitimate expenses related to medical testing, etc.

Ancilliary Services

All cardiac and respiratory testing is fully covered by OHIP.
